Building Student Confidence and Improving Outcomes with WileyPLUS - Lunch provided!
Speakers: Darlene Diaz, Santiago Canyon College, and Karen Tinley, John Wiley & Sons
Wiley has recently concluded seminal research on the dynamics of teaching and learning. One area of focus was gathering and validating insights about how students study and learn to inform us on how we can use WileyPLUS to help students be more confident learners-- to help them be more effective with the time they spend studying, more engaged in the classroom, and ultimately improve their learning outcomes. The research conducted informed the design of the next generation of WileyPLUS and will truly provide your students with a powerful learning tool. Join us for a demonstration of the next evolution of WileyPLUS. A Nook Color will be given away!

have input. Mark from Thinkwell will
give a brief demo on how the Thinkwell
products work, and if your department
is interested, you can work
with Thinkwell to make sure the new
Intro to Stats course will meet your
needs. We'll also talk about:
> How Thinkwell is different from
the other guys.
> How Thinkwell pricing makes you
a hero with students.
> What students say about Thinkwell
(we'll pull up a video on You-
